1. About This Agreement
This User Agreement applies to your use of the Yoga4Men website and the services offered through it, including live online yoga classes, mentoring and the associated community.
By purchasing or participating in a service, you agree to this Agreement. Please read it before making a payment or taking part in a class.
2. Services and Bookings
Yoga4Men may offer live online yoga classes, pranayama, meditation, mentoring, community activities and related resources. The services available, together with the relevant booking details, will be described on the website or payment page.
Classes and mentoring may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Zoom. Community participation may take place through WhatsApp.
Please ensure that your contact details are correct and that you can access the platforms required for the service you have booked.
3. Payments
Payments must be made using the payment methods and details provided on the relevant payment page. Payments may be processed by PayPal or another payment service specified at checkout.
The applicable price, currency and payment details will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Any payment is subject to the terms and processes of the payment provider.
4. Monthly Subscriptions
Where you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorise the relevant recurring payments according to the terms shown when you subscribe.
Your subscription will continue to renew until it is cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling the subscription if you do not wish it to renew.
When you cancel, future renewals will stop. You will retain access to the subscription services until the end of the period already paid for, unless access must be restricted for a legitimate reason, such as a serious breach of this Agreement.
Cancelling a subscription does not, by itself, cancel any separate booking or payment arrangement you may have made.
5. Single-Class Bookings
A single-class payment relates to the class or booking described on the payment page. Please check the class details before paying.
If you cannot attend a class, any arrangements for a recording or alternative access will depend on what has been offered for that class. A recording is not guaranteed unless this has been stated.
6. Cancellations, Refunds and Legal Rights
If you wish to cancel a subscription, use the cancellation process provided by the payment service or contact Yoga4Men for assistance.
This Agreement does not promise a refund in every circumstance. Any refund or cancellation request will be considered in accordance with the terms presented at purchase and the applicable legal requirements.
Nothing in this Agreement removes any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
7. Participation and Personal Responsibility
Yoga, pranayama, meditation and physical activity involve individual risks. You are responsible for working within your own abilities, taking reasonable care of your safety and seeking appropriate professional medical advice where necessary.
Yoga4Men’s services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please tell the teacher about relevant limitations that you feel are necessary to discuss before participating, and stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort.
8. Recordings and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content and materials provided through classes or mentoring—including videos, recordings, written materials and teaching resources—are intended for your personal use.
You must not copy, distribute, publish, sell, share or otherwise make these materials available to others without prior permission.
You must not record or redistribute live classes or mentoring sessions without the teacher’s permission and any necessary consent from other participants.
9. WhatsApp Community and Conduct
Participation in any WhatsApp group or other community is subject to respectful conduct and respect for other members’ privacy.
You must not harass other participants, post unlawful or abusive material, share other members’ personal information without permission, or use the group for unsolicited advertising or spam.
Please remember that WhatsApp is a third-party service and that other group members may be able to see your phone number, profile information and messages, depending on the group’s settings.
Yoga4Men may moderate the community or restrict or remove access where reasonably necessary to protect participants or address a breach of these rules.
10. Third-Party Services and Website Content
The services may rely on third-party platforms, including PayPal, Zoom and WhatsApp. Their own terms, privacy policies and availability apply to your use of those services.
The website may also contain external links. Yoga4Men is not responsible for the content or operation of external websites that it does not control.
11. Changes to Services or This Agreement
Yoga4Men may update its services or this Agreement from time to time. The current version of this Agreement will be published on the website. Where required by law, changes will be communicated or handled in the appropriate way.
